How it Works
Smoking Slices allows grilling enthusiasts to add the succulent flavors that natural wood provides without having to buy traditional smokers or overpriced pellet grills. Unlike most razor-thin wood planks on the market, which typically hold very low amounts natural sap in the wood, Smoking Slices are cut to 3/4" thick. Cutting the plank thicker allows for more sap and moisture content, which allows for longer grilling sessions and more flavor within the smoke. Smoking Slices also contain 1 inch holes throughout the wood to allow direct heat and flavorful smoke to travel freely up through the wood and into the food, cutting traditional plank grilling time in half! Doing so locks in the juices and flavors that tend to escape during longer grilling sessions that traditional wood planking requires.
Pre-heat it on your gas grill, cook, and enjoy! Once your grilling session is completed, put the Smoking Slice out with water, clean, and store the slice to be reused again and again!
